UniColorado is the most experienced heat pump installer in the Denver metro area. With thousands of heat pump units installed, we know what works, what’s high quality and what’s worth your time and money.
A heat pump is a HVAC unit that uses electricity to heat and cool your home. It sits outside and moves heat in or out of your house, depending on whether you need heating or cooling.
If your home uses a ducted system, the heat pump works with an indoor furnace or air handler, sending warm or cool air through ducts to all the rooms.
If your home uses a ductless system (also called a mini-split), the heat pump is connected to small indoor units on your walls or ceilings. Each unit warms or cools a single room, and no ducts are needed.
Depending on the county and other rebate programs, you’ll save $5,000 to over $15,000. The intent of these rebate programs is to equalize or reduce the cost of ultra-high efficiency systems to conventional systems and incentivize homeowners to upgrade.
