The Colorado Energy Office is launching two major programs in 2025:
– The Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate (HEAR) (This page)
– The Home Efficiency Rebate (HOMES).
These programs will make energy-efficient upgrades more affordable for households across Colorado.
The HEAR program is currently in the works and currently available to income-qualified households through the Colorado Weatherization Assistance Program starting October 30, 2024, with a full rollout planned for Spring 2025.

The Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate (HEAR) program provides rebates for energy-efficient appliance upgrades and electrification projects in residential homes and multifamily buildings.

Check Online Tools: Visit the Colorado Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) or HUD websites, which offer tools to calculate AMI based on your household size and location.

CO Households earning:
