A note from the shop

This one is ours. It is a UniColorado promotion, not a utility program, and it runs through Friday, November 20.

The promo doesn't touch your rebates. Xcel pays $1,500 a heating ton on a cold climate heat pump and $1,500 on a heat pump water heater, and we take it off your invoice upfront along with the Colorado tax credit.

Xcel's payment delays don't reach you.

On October 9, Xcel warned it may hold heat pump and heat pump water heater rebate payments until January 2027. We still apply the rebate upfront and wait for Xcel ourselves, so your price is the same either way.

We look at your ductwork, panel and current system, and build the estimate with you at the kitchen table.

Your furnace, AC, water heater and electrical panel. Water heaters we can usually quote from photos, typically within 1 to 2 business days.

We issue the estimate and you sign it on or before the 20th. The install itself can land after, Thanksgiving week included.
