Add this MCP connector URL in Claude or ChatGPT:

The connector gives supported AI assistants access to the same read-only estimate tools used by the UniColorado Ask page.

Add the Connector

1. Open your AI app's settings for connectors, tools, integrations, or MCP servers.
2. Choose the option to add a custom connector or MCP server.
3. Paste https://mcp.unicolorado.com as the connector URL.
4. Save or enable the connector for the chat where you want to discuss your estimate.
5. Ask the assistant to use the UniColorado connector when answering estimate questions.

Claude and ChatGPT may label connector settings differently by plan or workspace. If custom MCP connectors are not available in your account, use the UniColorado Ask page instead.

Use Your Estimate Token

Your estimate PDF includes an estimate token for read-only assistant access. When Claude or ChatGPT asks for the token, paste the token from the PDF.

If your PDF shows an Ask link instead of a separate token, open the link and copy the value after t=. Do not paste your name, address, email, phone number, or payment details into the AI chat.

What the Tools Can Do

The connector tools can read estimate and company information, including:

• Your estimate summary and available options
• Side-by-side comparisons of estimate options
• Financing explanations tied to the estimate, when available
• Rebate, service, brand, business-hours, and service-area information

These tools are meant to help you review the estimate, compare choices, and understand the next step without changing anything in Plenum.

Read-Only Limits

The connector cannot approve an estimate, change an option, schedule work, edit customer details, or take payment. Use the approve link in your estimate when you are ready to move forward, or contact the UniColorado team from the estimate if you need changes.
