Do you handle ADU and garage conversion HVAC?

Yes. Accessory dwelling units (ADUs), garage conversions, and home additions require the same load calculation, permitting, and inspection process as new construction. Mini-split systems are often the most practical option for these projects because they do not require ductwork extension from the main house.

Can you design an all-electric HVAC system for a new build?

Yes. We design all-electric systems using cold-climate heat pumps for heating and cooling, heat pump water heaters, and electric cooking ventilation. All-electric homes avoid the cost of running gas lines and qualify for the full range of electrification rebates. We size the electrical panel (typically 200A, 320A for larger homes) to support the full electric load.
