Mitsubishi 4-zone mini-split for a 1910 Victorian. No existing ductwork. Concealed ducted units in closets, line sets routed through exterior walls to preserve original plaster. Historic preservation constraints required all exterior penetrations to be patched and painted to match.
Carrier Infinity 98 variable-speed for a 1975 ranch. Original furnace was 42 years old with a cracked heat exchanger. Crawl space clearance was 20 inches; line set routing required two external access panels added during install. New system sized down half a ton from the original to correct over-sizing.
Full system replacement for a 2,100 sq ft 2002 production build. Original builder-grade system at 22 years. Carrier matched system with Infinity communicating thermostat. Static pressure test revealed undersized return duct - corrected before install to prevent future efficiency loss.
