Two programs still do. Power Ahead Colorado pays $1,500 toward a cold-climate heat pump with no income limit, and the $1,000 Colorado heat pump credit comes off your invoice. We file both.
The Town requires a permit for HVAC replacements. We pull it, schedule the inspection and size every system with a load calculation for your house. We install Bosch, Carrier and Mitsubishi.

What's Different in Castle Rock
6,202 ft elevationNo Xcel rebate: Castle Rock isn't Xcel territory for gas or power. You still get Power Ahead Colorado ($1,500 on a cold-climate heat pump) and the $1,000 Colorado credit.
Permits are required: The Town of Castle Rock requires a permit for furnace, AC and heat pump replacements, pulled by a registered contractor. We pull it and book the inspection.
Higher elevation: At about 6,200 feet, gas furnaces have to be set up for altitude. We size and set up every furnace for the home's actual elevation.
