Colorado HEAR Rebates (Home Electrification & Appliance Rebate) program have been finally launched to the public as of November 13th, 2025. If you’ve been waiting for the new state rebates for heat pumps, electrical upgrades, and other electric appliances, here’s a clear breakdown of what’s available, what’s still pending, and what you can do now to prepare.
Some details especially those related to heat pump system eligibility are still pending final guidance from the Colorado Energy Office (CEO). We will update this page the moment new information is released.
HEAR provides up-front, point-of-sale rebates for income-qualified households making electric upgrades in existing homes. Below is the complete list of eligible measures based on current Colorado Energy Office guidance.

There are many nuances and details that are yet to be finalized and expected to be soon. UniColorado is not accepting new HEAR in-person estimates until the program has fully rolled out.
