BlueAI is an HVAC intelligence suite developed in-house for UniColorado’s customers. At its core, it uses multiple calculation engines, live-data & custom-trained LLMs that interact with each other based on their specific abilities through a REST API. It uses OpenAI or Claude API for conversational tasks.
