The Website is operated by UniColorado LLC ("UniColorado," "we," "us," or "our"), a Colorado limited liability company located at 2700 W Evans Ave #100, Denver, CO 80219.

3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, data compilations, page layout, and underlying code, is the property of UniColorado LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Website content for personal, non-commercial use. The UniColorado name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of UniColorado LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
4. Online Tools & Calculators
The Website provides free interactive tools including, but not limited to, a rebate calculator, energy savings calculator, equipment sizing calculator, switchover cost calculator, and efficiency converter (collectively, "Tools"). These Tools are provided as a courtesy for general educational and informational purposes only.
Not Professional Advice
Tool outputs do not constitute professional advice of any kind. They are not engineering assessments, financial guidance, energy audits, or equipment recommendations. The Tools are not a substitute for a professional evaluation by a licensed HVAC contractor, engineer, or energy auditor. No contractor-client relationship is created by your use of any Tool.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
All Tool outputs are estimates and approximations based on general assumptions, industry averages, and publicly available data. These calculations may not reflect your specific property characteristics, existing equipment condition, local climate variations, actual utility rates, insulation levels, ductwork condition, or usage patterns. Actual results will vary, and in some cases may vary significantly from Tool estimates.
UniColorado makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of any Tool output.
Rebate & Incentive Information
Rebate and incentive amounts displayed by our Tools are based on publicly available program information at the time of calculation. Rebate programs are administered by third parties (utilities, government agencies, and other organizations) and are subject to change, expiration, funding limitations, and eligibility requirements that may not be fully captured by our Tools. UniColorado does not guarantee the availability or amount of any rebate or incentive. You should verify current program details directly with the administering organization before making any purchasing decision.
Equipment Sizing
Any equipment sizing suggestions provided by our Tools are rough estimates based on general guidelines. They are not a substitute for a professional load calculation (Manual J) or an in-home assessment by a qualified HVAC technician. Proper equipment sizing depends on factors including your home's square footage, insulation, window area, orientation, altitude, ductwork design, and occupancy patterns, most of which cannot be determined through an online tool. Installing improperly sized equipment based on Tool outputs could result in poor performance, reduced efficiency, equipment damage, or voided warranties.
Energy Savings Projections
Energy savings estimates depend on numerous variables that we cannot predict or control, including but not limited to weather patterns, personal usage habits, home condition and maintenance, utility rate changes, equipment installation quality, and thermostat settings. Past performance data used in calculations does not guarantee future results. Projected savings are hypothetical and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of actual savings.
Assumption of Risk
By using any Tool on this Website, you acknowledge and agree that you assume all risk associated with relying on Tool outputs for any purpose, including purchasing decisions, equipment selection, financial planning, or any other decision. UniColorado is not liable for any damages, costs, losses, or expenses of any kind arising from your use of, or reliance on, any Tool output.
For actual pricing, equipment sizing, rebate eligibility verification, or energy savings analysis based on your specific situation, schedule an in-home assessment with our team.

6. Scheduling & Booking
Online scheduling and appointment booking are provided for your convenience. Submitting a scheduling request does not create a binding service contract. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A service agreement is not formed until you receive written confirmation and, where applicable, sign a service proposal.
7. Pricing & Availability
All pricing information displayed on the Website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. Actual project costs require an in-home assessment and a written proposal. Prices shown on the Website may not reflect current rates, promotions, or your specific installation requirements.
Rebate and incentive amounts referenced on the Website are subject to change by the administering utility, government agency, or program at any time. UniColorado is not responsible for changes to third-party incentive programs.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if UniColorado has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall UniColorado's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Website exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UniColorado LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Website shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of the State of Colorado, County of Denver. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
